Foundation eCare:

Foundation Hematology/Oncology is happy to offer Foundation eCare, your patient portal.  Foundation eCare is an online service for patients of Foundation Medical Partners.  To set up your account visit the office to obtain your PIN.  Once you have your PIN click on the Foundation eCare logo to the left to set up your account.  You will have secure access to request test results, request a referral, refill medications, request an appointment, and more. 

Immediate Care of Southern New Hampshire:
Foundation Medical Partners and Southern New Hampshire Medical Center are proud to announce that we have expanded our Immediate Care program.  Immediate Care of Southern New Hampshire now offers care for our patients in three locations - Nashua, Merrimack, and Hudson! 
 
Immediate Care of Southern New Hampshire offers non-emergency medical care seven days a week with evening and holiday hours.  No appointment is necessary and all for the cost of a doctor's office co-pay.  To learn more visit Immediate Care of Southern New Hampshire.
